  • Gottes Segen, Cleric
    • Betül Tirmizi, Ectomancer

After a quick rest upstairs, the party once again returned to the tower, planning on delving into its depths. Rig and co stayed behind.

The adventurers continued sweeping the 8th floor. The discovered (and avoided) many traps, though found few creatures. The first creature the party ran into was actually summoned into a trap - a mummy! The creature, surrounded, didn't last long.

Another room revealed a second skeletal dragon, slightly larger than the first, but no less easy to destroy. The party picked up the magical loot and continued searching.

The party began to find more undead creatures; first, a room full of troglodytes. Zombie troglodytes! Between Caranthir and Luce's blades, and Quetgar's claws and teeth, the undead creatures were quickly destroyed. Next were 8 ghouls, returned to death before they had a chance to attack. Another room revealed 11 more undead troglodytes, quickly dispatched. Finally, the party happened upon a room with four skeletal statues. But not statues for long! The immense creatures were enormous skeletal trolls! Two of the creatures actually managed to pierce Caranthir's strong armor, and crushed Sal Rrentath to a bloody lump, laming his leg! Finally, the creatures were destroyed.

Gathering treasure and returning the undead to death, the party finished off 5 shadows and 14 more ghouls, before finally uncovering the last room. Treasure in hand, they returned to the surface.

Sal Rrentath's lame leg was healed, but unfortunately, the experience left him drained; he requires a full 5 weeks to recover. Even so, he remained in the service of Gróin.
